Shipping within the United Kingdom
We deliver reliably within the United Kingdom by parcel service and freight delivery.
The applicable shipping costs are shown transparently on the product page, in the shopping cart and at checkout.
Domestic Parcel Shipping
For parcel-ready orders, we charge a flat shipping fee of £6.90 per order.
You only pay one shipping charge per order, regardless of the number of items.
For orders with a value of £50 or more, parcel delivery is free of charge.
Parcel Delivery Time
The delivery time is usually 3–5 working days.
This includes order processing, packaging and delivery.
Domestic Freight Shipping
Larger furniture items and bulky products that cannot be shipped by parcel service are delivered by freight delivery to the curbside.
Delivery takes place after prior appointment.
The following shipping costs apply for freight deliveries:
- Standard freight items: £49.00
- Particularly large or heavy furniture: £79.90
For orders with a value of £750 or more, freight delivery is free of charge.
Freight Delivery Time
The delivery time for freight shipments is usually 3–8 working days.
This includes order processing, packaging, shipment preparation and delivery.
Important Shipping Information

- For orders containing several items, the shipping method may be determined by the item requiring the greatest shipping effort.
- Freight deliveries take place after prior agreement of the delivery date.
- Freight delivery is made to the curbside.
Important Information on Import VAT, Customs and Clearance
For orders with a total consignment value of £135 or less, VAT is generally included at the time of purchase. In most cases, no additional VAT payment is due to the delivery company on receipt.
For orders with a total consignment value of more than £135, import VAT is usually payable on import. Depending on the goods and shipment, customs duties and customs clearance or handling fees may also apply. Unless otherwise stated, these costs are to be borne by the recipient.
Please note that the £135 threshold applies to the total value of the consignment, not to the value of individual items. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
